Agreement Between You and International Love Match LLC
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) establish the general terms governing the relationship between you (“you,” “your,” or “User”) and International Love Match LLC (“International Love Match,” “ILM,” the “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Georgia, United States.
These Terms govern access to and use of our website, www.internationallovematch.com (the “Website”), and the professional services offered by International Love Match, including private matchmaking, membership programs, curated introductions, consultations, coaching, advisory services, and related offerings (collectively, the “Services”).
Please read these Terms carefully before using our Website, submitting an application, or engaging our Services.
By accessing or using the Website, you acknowledge that these Terms have been made available to you. By expressly accepting these Terms during registration, enrollment, or purchase, you agree to be legally bound by them, together with any applicable written Client Agreement or Membership Agreement.
Our Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy provide additional information concerning personal information, payments, cancellations, and refunds.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using our Website or engaging our Services.
About International Love Match
International Love Match is a private international matchmaking and relationship advisory company specializing in personalized introductions for individuals seeking meaningful long-term relationships, companionship, marriage, or family formation.
Our approach is selective, confidential, and individually tailored. We combine professional matchmaking judgment, personalized search strategies, candidate sourcing, pre-screening and vetting, compatibility evaluation, and access to an established international professional network.
Our Services may include Signature Search, Executive Search, Bespoke Private Search, Match Preview, Private Membership, curated introductions, international introductions, relationship coaching, dating coaching, emotional intelligence training, communication advisory, psychological compatibility guidance, image and style consulting, personal branding, professional presence advisory, business advisory, concierge services, and related educational and consulting services.
The scope, duration, pricing, and deliverables of each paid engagement are established through the applicable service description, written offer, or signed Client Agreement.
Eligibility and Acceptance
Our matchmaking and membership services are intended exclusively for adults aged eighteen (18) or older who are legally capable of entering into binding agreements and pursuing lawful romantic relationships.
Applicants, Clients, and Candidate Members must provide truthful, accurate, and reasonably complete information regarding their identity, relationship status, intentions, background, and other matters relevant to participation.
Submitting an inquiry, application, consultation request, or preliminary profile does not guarantee acceptance into any program.
International Love Match reserves the right to evaluate applications, request additional information, conduct appropriate screening, recommend alternative programs, limit enrollment, or decline participation based on legitimate business, eligibility, professional, legal, or safety considerations.
Candidate Members and Private Clients
International Love Match distinguishes between Candidate Members and Clients.
A Candidate Member is an individual registered for consideration within our private matchmaking network. Registration does not guarantee selection, profile presentation, introductions, meetings, or continued participation.
A Client is an individual who purchases matchmaking, membership, coaching, consulting, or other professional services from International Love Match.
Client services may involve private consultations, relationship strategy development, profile preparation, candidate sourcing, pre-screening, vetting, curated introductions, feedback, and ongoing professional guidance.
The specific rights, benefits, introduction commitments, service periods, and financial obligations of a Client are governed by the applicable written agreement.
Private Matchmaking Services
International Love Match provides personalized matchmaking services designed to identify, evaluate, and facilitate introductions between individuals who may share compatible relationship goals, values, lifestyles, preferences, and long-term intentions.
Depending on the engagement, our professional process may include individual consultations, personalized search strategy development, candidate recruitment, private network research, professional partner outreach, profile evaluation, pre-screening, vetting, compatibility assessment, introduction coordination, and ongoing matchmaking support.
We use professional judgment and reasonable matchmaking efforts to identify individuals who may be suitable for consideration.
Our approach prioritizes compatibility, discretion, and the quality of potential introductions rather than volume-based matching.
Every prospective match is an independent individual who retains the right to accept or decline an introduction.
Matchmaking Programs and Introduction Commitments
International Love Match offers individualized matchmaking engagements, including Signature Search, Executive Search, Bespoke Private Search, and other customized programs.
Each Client Agreement defines the applicable program duration, geographic scope, agreed search parameters, introduction commitments, service deliverables, fees, and other engagement-specific terms.
Where a signed Client Agreement provides for a specified number of qualified introductions, International Love Match undertakes to provide those introductions in accordance with the definitions, procedures, and conditions established in that agreement.
A prospective match declining an introduction does not automatically constitute a completed introduction where the applicable agreement requires mutual approval.
Introduction eligibility, counting procedures, client approvals, feedback requirements, and any applicable adjustments are governed by the signed Client Agreement.
International Love Match does not guarantee that every potential match will satisfy every subjective preference or that any particular introduction will result in mutual attraction, dating, exclusivity, engagement, or marriage.
Match Preview and Preliminary Services
The Match Preview Program and other preliminary professional services may include private consultations, profile evaluation, relationship strategy, candidate research, preliminary candidate review, and an assessment of potential matchmaking opportunities.
These services are intended to help evaluate search feasibility and possible next steps.
Unless expressly included in the applicable written offer, reviewing potential candidates does not constitute a guaranteed mutual introduction.
Participation in a preliminary service does not guarantee acceptance into a larger matchmaking program or any particular relationship outcome.
Any credit toward a subsequent program applies only when expressly confirmed in writing.
Private Membership Programs
International Love Match may offer selective Private Membership opportunities to qualified individuals.
Depending on the membership level, benefits may include confidential network access, candidate review opportunities, curated introductions, video introductions, contact exchanges, administrative coordination, and additional introduction opportunities.
The applicable membership offer or agreement establishes the duration, included benefits, number of contracted introductions, applicable fees, and any additional charges.
Where a membership agreement includes guaranteed introductions, those commitments remain governed by that agreement.
Membership access is personal, confidential, and non-transferable.
Members may not reproduce, distribute, publish, scrape, or commercially exploit confidential profiles, photographs, videos, or other materials made available through the private network.
International Network and Professional Partners
International Love Match may collaborate with independent matchmakers, referral partners, candidate recruitment professionals, consultants, and other authorized professional partners internationally.
Such collaborations may assist with candidate sourcing, evaluation, introductions, and related services.
Appropriate information may be shared with authorized professional partners for legitimate matchmaking purposes, consistent with our Privacy Policy, applicable consent arrangements, and legal requirements.
Independent professionals are responsible for their own conduct and services unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Where applicable, International Love Match follows legal requirements governing international introductions, including the International Marriage Broker Regulation Act (IMBRA).
Coaching, Consulting, and Advisory Services
International Love Match may provide relationship coaching, dating coaching, communication guidance, emotional intelligence education, compatibility guidance, image and style consulting, personal branding, professional presence advisory, business advisory, and other consulting or educational services.
These services are intended to provide professional guidance, strategic support, education, and personal development.
Unless separately agreed and provided by appropriately licensed professionals, such services do not constitute medical treatment, psychotherapy, psychiatric treatment, legal advice, immigration advice, tax advice, or regulated financial or investment advice.
Clients remain responsible for their personal, professional, financial, and relationship decisions.
Professional Fees and Retainers
Fees for International Love Match services are established through applicable proposals, invoices, written offers, membership agreements, or signed Client Agreements.
Professional fees and retainers compensate the Company for the expertise, dedicated matchmaking resources, professional capacity, search efforts, and services committed to an individual engagement.
Depending on the program, these activities may include consultation, relationship strategy development, profile preparation, candidate sourcing, private network research, professional partner outreach, recruitment, pre-screening, vetting, compatibility evaluation, introduction coordination, communication, administrative support, and ongoing professional guidance.
The Company may begin reserving and deploying professional resources upon commencement of an engagement.
Fees are paid for the agreed professional services and resources committed to the Client. They are not contingent upon achieving a particular dating, relationship, engagement, or marriage outcome.
Payment schedules, installment obligations, additional charges, and any separately agreed compensation arrangements are governed by the applicable written agreement.
Refunds and Cancellations
Except where otherwise expressly required by applicable law or specifically provided in a signed Client Agreement, all fees and retainers paid to International Love Match are non-refundable and non-transferable once services have commenced.
This policy reflects the bespoke nature of our Services and the professional time, resources, search capacity, and expertise committed specifically to each Client.
Dissatisfaction with a prospective match, lack of mutual attraction, a candidate’s independent decision to decline or discontinue communication, or the absence of a particular relationship outcome does not, by itself, constitute grounds for a refund.
Cancellation, refund eligibility, termination for cause, and related matters are governed by our separately published Refund & Cancellation Policy, the applicable signed Client Agreement, and mandatory legal requirements.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive or restrict cancellation, rescission, refund, or other consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
Client Cooperation and Feedback
Successful matchmaking requires reasonable cooperation, timely communication, honest feedback, and active participation.
Clients are expected to communicate material changes in relationship status, availability, location, preferences, or circumstances that may affect their search.
Clients may be asked to review proposed matches, respond to introduction requests, participate in scheduled consultations, and provide feedback following introductions.
Feedback is an important part of refining the search strategy and evaluating future opportunities.
Where the Client Agreement requires feedback or approval before additional introductions are arranged, the Company may defer subsequent introductions until the applicable requirement has been satisfied.
A Client’s failure to cooperate or provide necessary information may affect service delivery and will be addressed in accordance with the applicable Client Agreement.
Temporary Holds and Program Pauses
International Love Match recognizes that significant personal circumstances may occasionally require a temporary pause in an active matchmaking engagement.
Clients may request a temporary hold due to health matters, extended travel, substantial professional obligations, significant personal circumstances, or the development of an exclusive relationship.
Unless otherwise specified in the applicable signed Client Agreement:
- Six-month matchmaking programs may permit up to one (1) cumulative month of approved hold time.
- Twelve-month matchmaking programs may permit up to three (3) cumulative months of approved hold time.
Hold requests must be submitted in writing and approved by the Company.
The effect of an approved hold on the service period and outstanding introduction commitments is governed by the applicable Client Agreement.
A temporary hold is not a cancellation and does not create a right to a cash refund.
Client Inactivity
International Love Match requires reasonable communication and participation to perform an individualized matchmaking engagement effectively.
A Client may be considered inactive when the Client repeatedly fails to respond to communications, review proposed introductions, provide necessary feedback, maintain reasonable availability, or otherwise cooperate with the agreed matchmaking process.
If a Client remains inactive for forty-five (45) consecutive calendar days, International Love Match may provide written notice and take appropriate action under the applicable Client Agreement, including suspending active search activities or placing the engagement on inactive status.
Unapproved inactivity does not automatically extend or restart a program.
Any suspension, termination, outstanding service commitment, or financial consequence remains subject to the signed Client Agreement, the Refund & Cancellation Policy, and applicable law.
Professional Conduct and Termination for Cause
All Clients, Candidate Members, and participants are expected to behave honestly, respectfully, professionally, and lawfully.
International Love Match may suspend or terminate participation for material breach of an agreement, fraudulent or misleading information, harassment, threats, abusive or sexually inappropriate conduct, serious confidentiality violations, unlawful activity, or conduct creating legitimate safety, ethical, or legal concerns.
Participants must not knowingly misrepresent their identity, age, marital or relationship status, intentions, or other material information relevant to the matchmaking process.
Where an engagement is terminated for cause, fees previously paid remain non-refundable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law and the signed Client Agreement.
Termination does not eliminate any obligation or remedy that remains enforceable under applicable law.
Confidentiality and Discretion
Confidentiality is a fundamental component of International Love Match services.
Clients, Candidate Members, and participants must treat private profiles, photographs, videos, personal histories, contact details, candidate information, communications, and other confidential materials with appropriate discretion.
Such information may not be published, distributed, forwarded, disclosed to unauthorized parties, or used for purposes unrelated to the intended matchmaking opportunity.
International Love Match handles personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable legal requirements.
Confidentiality obligations continue after participation ends to the extent permitted by law.
These obligations do not prohibit disclosures required by law or the lawful exercise of individual rights.
Non-Circumvention and Non-Transferability
International Love Match invests substantial professional expertise, resources, and relationships in developing its private network and facilitating introductions.
Participants agree not to intentionally circumvent the Company for the purpose of avoiding valid contractual fees or obligations arising from introductions or services.
This provision does not restrict lawful personal relationships between consenting adults.
Any additional introduction fee, contingent compensation, or other payment obligation applies only where expressly agreed in writing.
Client Agreements, memberships, service credits, introduction entitlements, and private network access may not be assigned or transferred to another individual without the Company’s prior written consent, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Accuracy of Information and Screening
International Love Match relies on information provided by Clients, Candidate Members, applicants, referral partners, and other sources.
The Company may conduct interviews, request identification, review publicly available information, perform appropriate verification, or utilize professional screening resources where lawful and relevant.
The scope of screening may vary according to the engagement, jurisdiction, available information, and applicable legal requirements.
Unless expressly represented in writing, International Love Match does not guarantee comprehensive criminal, financial, medical, psychological, employment, or other background investigations.
Participants remain responsible for exercising independent judgment when evaluating potential partners.
Where additional background checks require authorization or specific disclosures under applicable law, those requirements will be observed.
Independent Decisions and Relationship Outcomes
International Love Match facilitates introductions between independent adults.
The Company cannot control a participant’s decisions, feelings, attraction, availability, intentions, conduct, or willingness to pursue a relationship.
International Love Match does not guarantee mutual attraction, personal chemistry, acceptance of any particular introduction, continued communication, dating success, exclusivity, engagement, marriage, cohabitation, children, relocation, immigration outcomes, or long-term relationship success.
A prospective match declining an introduction, changing personal circumstances, ending communication, or choosing not to continue a relationship does not, by itself, constitute non-performance by the Company.
Any express contractual commitment concerning the number or scope of introductions remains governed by the applicable Client Agreement.
Testimonials and previous success stories illustrate individual experiences and do not guarantee comparable outcomes.
Personal Safety and Responsibility
Participants are encouraged to exercise reasonable precautions when communicating with or meeting potential partners.
International Love Match recommends independent verification where appropriate, discretion when sharing sensitive information, and appropriate caution concerning travel, financial transactions, and personal meetings.
Participants should seek independent legal, financial, medical, or immigration advice when circumstances warrant.
Each participant remains responsible for personal decisions and conduct arising from an introduction.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Photographs, Videos, and Profile Materials
Participants retain ownership of their own photographs, videos, and original materials, subject to applicable third-party rights.
By submitting materials for matchmaking purposes, participants authorize International Love Match to use, organize, edit, translate, format, and present such materials as reasonably necessary for application review, confidential profile preparation, authorized candidate sourcing, compatibility evaluation, and introductions.
This authorization is limited to legitimate service-related purposes and applicable consent arrangements.
Private profile materials will not be used for public advertising or promotional testimonials without appropriate authorization.
Participants represent that they have the necessary rights to submit the materials they provide.
Intellectual Property and Trademark Protection
The International Love Match name, logo, brand identity, original website content, proprietary questionnaires, profile presentation formats, training materials, written content, matchmaking resources, educational materials, and other intellectual property owned or licensed by International Love Match LLC are protected by applicable trademark, copyright, intellectual property, and unfair competition laws.
Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, publication, commercial exploitation, imitation, or creation of derivative works based on Company-owned materials is prohibited except as permitted by law or expressly authorized in writing.
No provision of these Terms grants ownership of, or a license to commercially use, International Love Match branding or proprietary materials.
All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
Website Use and Third-Party Services
Users agree to access and use the Website lawfully and appropriately.
Unauthorized access, interference with website functionality, distribution of malicious software, automated scraping, unauthorized extraction of private profiles, and misuse of confidential information are prohibited.
International Love Match may use independent providers for website hosting, information management, scheduling, communications, payment processing, and other operational services.
External websites and services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
Personal information handled in connection with Company operations is addressed in our Privacy Policy.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, International Love Match LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and authorized representatives shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Website or Services, including losses associated with independent relationship decisions or third-party conduct.
To the extent legally permitted, the Company’s aggregate liability arising from a particular paid service shall not exceed the amount paid to International Love Match for that service.
These limitations do not exclude or restrict liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability arising from fraud, willful misconduct, or other non-excludable legal obligations.
They do not eliminate expressly agreed service commitments or mandatory consumer remedies.
Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless International Love Match LLC and its authorized representatives against third-party claims, reasonable expenses, and losses arising from the participant’s unlawful conduct, material misrepresentations, unauthorized disclosure of confidential information, or material breach of these Terms.
This obligation does not apply to losses caused by the Company’s own misconduct or to the extent such allocation would be prohibited by law.
Force Majeure
International Love Match shall not be responsible for delays or interruptions caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, government restrictions, major transportation interruptions, widespread technology failures, or other extraordinary circumstances.
The Company will take reasonable steps to communicate material disruptions and resume performance where practicable.
Any resulting extension, suspension, or termination of services will be addressed in accordance with the applicable Client Agreement and legal requirements.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory laws of another applicable jurisdiction require otherwise.
The parties are encouraged to make good-faith efforts to resolve disputes through written communication before initiating formal proceedings.
Subject to applicable mandatory consumer protections and any controlling written dispute-resolution agreement, disputes concerning these Terms may be brought before the appropriate state or federal courts located in Georgia, United States.
Nothing in this section restricts rights to pursue remedies before courts or regulatory authorities where such rights cannot lawfully be waived.
Entire Agreement and Order of Precedence
These Terms should be read together with the Company’s Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, and any applicable signed Client Agreement, Membership Agreement, or other written service agreement.
Because International Love Match provides bespoke services, individual agreements may establish specific search parameters, service periods, introduction commitments, fees, hold provisions, and other engagement-specific terms.
If these general Terms and a signed Client Agreement address the same service-related matter differently, the signed Client Agreement shall control for that engagement, except where mandatory applicable law requires otherwise.
Informal communications, marketing materials, website descriptions, or verbal discussions do not amend a signed Client Agreement unless a modification is expressly agreed to in writing by the Company and the Client.
Changes to These Terms
International Love Match may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in its services, operations, or applicable legal requirements.
The current version will be published on the Website with its most recent update date.
Updates do not retroactively amend an existing signed Client Agreement unless expressly agreed by the parties or required by applicable law.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in effect to the extent permitted by applicable law.
