The terms of use (together with the documents referred in it, including our privacy policy) set forth a binding agreement (“Agreement”) between you and Us (or the “Company”) – InternationalLoveMatch, from now on referred to as InternationalLoveMatch, under which you may use this Site (“Website,” “Site”) and associated services offered through this Website (together with the “Services”).
Please read the Terms carefully before you start to use the Services. Regardless of being a registered user of InternationalLoveMatch (a «Member») or not, by using the Site, you assume to accept the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy and comply with the rules and regulations that pertain to the Site or the information contained hereon. Please be advised, Privacy Policy is available on the Website.
Please refrain from using the Site and the Service if you do not agree to these Terms of Use and Privacy Policy or are younger than 18 years of age. The Company reserves the right to ask you to sign a non-electronic version of this Agreement upon our request. InternationalLoveMatch also reserves the right to refuse membership to any person who does not meet the requirements for participation.
InternationalLoveMatch RESERVE THE RIGHT TO MODIFY THE TERMS, AND ANY DOCUMENT REFERRED TO AT ANY TIME. YOU ARE ADVISED TO PERIODICALLY CHECK THE TERMS TO TAKE NOTICE OF ANY CHANGES WE MAKE AS THEY ARE LEGALLY BINDING. SOME OF THE REQUIREMENTS CONTAINED IN THE TERMS MAY BE SUPERSEDED BY PROVISIONS OR NOTICES PUBLISHED ON InternationalLoveMatch WEBSITE.
1. ACCEPTANCE OF AGREEMENT AND TERMS
a. Electronic Agreement is an Agreement in electronic Form of a contract that sets out the legally binding terms of Use of the Website and your membership in the Service. This Agreement can be amended periodically. Such amendments begin when posted by Us on the Site. By accessing the Site or becoming a Member, you accept the Agreement. You agree to all of the terms, conditions, and notices contained or referenced herein.
b. Electronic Form. Using the Site or becoming a Member, you agree to have this Terms of Use Agreement provided to you in electronic Form. The Electronic Form has the same evidentiary weight as a paper record.
2. ELIGIBILITY
Membership in the Service is not valid where prohibited. User must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to register as a member of Services or use the Website. Using the Site, you assume and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter the Agreement and abide by all of its terms and conditions. Becoming a Member, you assume and warrant that you have never been convicted of a felony and not registered as a sex offender with any government entity. You are prohibited from using the Service if you are in a marriage; if you become a Member, you warrant that you are legally single, divorced, or widowed.
3. NON-COMMERCIAL USE
The Website is meant exclusively for the personal use of individual Members. It can not be used for any commercial purposes. Organizations, institutions, companies, and/or entities may not become Members and can not use the Service for any purpose. Illegal and unauthorized use of the Site will be investigated and incur in legal action, including without limitation compensation, restraining order, and/or civil, criminal, and injunctive redress. This also applies to personally identifiable information, collecting usernames and/or members’ email addresses by electronic means or other ways to send unsolicited email and unauthorized linking to the Site.
4. YOUR INTERACTIONS WITH OTHER MEMBERS
a. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT SERVICE AT PRESENT DOES NOT CONDUCT CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECKS ON ITS MEMBERS. YOU HAVE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY FOR INTERACTIONS WITH OTHER MEMBERS. INTERNATIONALLOVEMATCH ALSO DOES NOT ATTEMPT TO REQUEST THE BACKGROUNDS OR TO VERIFY THE RECORDS OF ALL OF ITS MEMBERS. INTERNATIONALALLOVEMATCH DOES NOT PROVIDE ANY GUARANTEES REGARDING THE BEHAVIOUR OF MEMBERS OR THEIR COMPATIBILITY WITH ANY CURRENT OR FUTURE MEMBERS. INTERNATIONALLOVEMATCH RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CARRY OUT ANY CRIMINAL INFORMATION CHECK OR OTHER SEARCHES (SUCH AS SEX OFFENDERS REGISTER SEARCH) AT ANY TIME AND USING AVAILABLE PUBLIC RECORDS.
b. IN NO EVENT InternationalLoveMatch SHALL AGREEMENT CARRY THE RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY DETRIMENT, DAMAGE OR HARM WHATSOEVER, WHETHER DIRECT, INDIRECT, GENERAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, COMPENSATORY, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY AND/OR INCIDENTAL, ARISING OR CONNECTED WITH THE USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, CORPORAL INJURY, EMOTIONAL DISCOMFORT, AND/OR ANY OTHER CASUALTIES RESULTING FROM COMMUNICATIONS OR MEETINGS WITH OTHER REGISTERED USERS OF THIS SERVICE OR PERSONS YOU MEET THROUGH THIS SERVICE. BY USING THE WEBSITE, YOU ARE IRREVOCABLY RELEASE US FROM INDEMNIFYING DROM ANY LIABILITY, LOSS, CLAIM, AND EXPENSE (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS FEES). YOU AGREE TO TAKE FEASIBLE PRECAUTIONS IN ALL ACTIONS WITH OTHER MEMBERS IN THE SERVICE, ESPECIALLY WHEN DECIDING TO MEET OFFLINE OR IN PERSON. FURTHERMORE, YOU AGREE TO REVIEW INTERNATIONALLOVEMATCH RECOMMENDATIONS ON SAFETY BEFORE USING THE WEBSITE. YOU UNDERSTAND THAT INTERNATIONALLOVEMATCH GIVES NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING YOUR EVENTUAL COMPATIBILITY WITH INDIVIDUALS YOU MEET THROUGH THE SERVICE. WE ALSO STRONGLY RECOMMEND NOT TO PROVIDE YOUR FINANCIAL INFORMATION (FOR EXAMPLE, YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION, LOGIN OR PASSWORD, CREDIT CARD, OR BANK ACCOUNT INFORMATION) TO OTHER MEMBERS.
5. CONTENT ON INTERNATIONALLOVEMATCH
Proprietary Rights. InternationalLoveMatch owns and retains all the proprietary rights of the Site and Service. The Site contains copyrighted material, trademarks, and other proprietary information of InternationalLoveMatch, and its licensors, including but not limited to software, text, photos, and graphics. Unless any other way specified and as per the Terms, you may not: modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, or create derivative work from as, transfer, sell information, software, or products related to the Service without prior written consent from InternationalLoveMatch legal representative persons.
Reliance on Content, advice. Advice, statements, opinions, and offers, or other information or Content made available through the Service, but not directly by InternationalLoveMatch, are those of their respective information providers and should not necessarily be relied upon. Such providers are solely responsible for such Content. InternationalLoveMatch does not: (i) guarantee the accuracy, completeness, relevance, or helpfulness of the info on the Service. (ii) adopt, endorse or accept responsibility for the certainty or reliability of any opinion, advice, or statements made by any parties appear on the Site. Under no circumstances will InternationalLoveMatch and its affiliates be responsible for any losses or damages resulting from your belief in the information or other Content posted on the Website or transmitted to or by any Members.
6. CONTENT POSTED BY YOU ON INTERNATIONALLOVEMATCH
a. You are entirely responsible for the Content that you create, publish, transmit or display (“post”) on the Service. By accepting the Terms, you agree to: not post on the Service or transmit to other Members any degrading, inaccurate, abusive, obscene, profane, offensive, sexually-oriented, pornographic, threatening, harassing, racial, or any material that can establish or encourage conduct that can be considered a criminal offense or of civil liability violating any law or any material that breaches or violates other parties’ rights (including, and not limited to, intellectual property and privacy and publicity rights ). You will not provide misleading, false, or inaccurate information to InternationalLoveMatch or any other Member. In that case, you provided inaccurate information to InternationalLoveMatch or another Member that is inaccurate, misleading, or false, you will promptly notify InternationalLoveMatch of such inaccuracy. Using the Service, you assume and guaranty that all information you submit is accurate and truthful. Provided information by you that subsequently becomes inaccurate, misleading, or false will be promptly corrected.
b. You accept and agree that we reserve the right, but have no obligation, to monitor the information or Content submitted to the Services or posted in the Site’s public areas. We reserve the right and have no obligation to remove any such information or Content with no explanations and notifications. You accept and agree that we can review and delete Content that, per our sole judgment, violates the Agreement being offensive, illegal, or violating the rights, harm, or threaten our members’ safety.
c. Whenever submitting Content to InternationalLoveMatch, its affiliates, licensees, and successors, you agree that you are granting us a non-exclusive, universal, perpetual, irrevocable, fully-paid, sublicensable, commercial and non-commercial, worldwide license to use, copy, display, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, publish, and otherwise make use of the Content that you submit to us, including, without limiting the generality of the preceding, using such Content in a form which has been edited by InternationalLoveMatch, and removing such Content from InternationalLoveMatch for editorial or other reasons.
d. You further assume and warrant that public posting and use of your Content by InternationalLoveMatch will not disobey or violate the rights of any third party.
e. By posting information or Content including but not limited to copyrighted Content, name, and photos to your profile page or any public area of the Services, you automatically grant, represent, and have the right to consent to us, our Partner Sites and Group Companies, a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, copy, publish, display, reformat, translate, distribute, and broadcast, such information or Content and to grant and authorize sub-licenses of the same. You further waive irrevocably on a perpetual basis any moral or potential infringements rights you may have in any such information or Content. Specifically, please, note that we may use any of your Content, including your photographs, for the purposes of advertising or publicity. If you, for whatever reason, do not wish us to do this, please contact us to get complete details on how we may use the Content.
f. You will not include any telephone numbers, street addresses, last names, URLs, or email addresses in your Member profile.
g. You will not engage in advertising or soliciting other Members; this includes soliciting or advertising to buy or sell any products or services through the Service or to attend our networking events for commercial purposes. You may not transmit any chain letters or junk email to other Members. Although InternationalLoveMatch cannot monitor the conduct of its Members off the Website, it is also a violation of these rules to use any information obtained from the Service to harass, abuse, or harm another person, or to contact, advertise to, solicit, or sell to any Member without their prior explicit consent. To protect our Members from such advertising or solicitation, we reserve the right to restrict the number of emails that a Member may send to other Members within 24 hours to a number which we deem appropriate in our sole discretion.
h. All information you include in your Member profile must be true, accurate, current, and complete, and that you will not impersonate any person or entity, falsely claim an affiliation with any person or entity, or access the Site accounts of others without permission.
7. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
InternationalLoveMatch, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to investigate and immediately terminate the contracted services if you have misused the Service or behaved in a way that can be regarded as inappropriate or your conduct is unlawful or illegal. It includes, and not limited to, the partial list below of the type of actions that you may not engage in concerning the Service:
a. You will not “stalk” or in any manner harass, abuse, threaten, defame or otherwise infringe or violate the rights of any person.
b. You agree not to use any automated means, including, without limitation, agents, robots, scripts, spiders, or other manual or automatic devices or processes to access, monitor, or copy any part of the Site. Retrieve, index, “data mine,” reproduce or circumvent the navigational structure or presentation of the Service or its contents.
c. You will not: (a) reverse engineer or decompile (whether in whole or in part) any copyrighted material, trademarks, or other proprietary information available through Service; or (b) make copies, reproduce or modify, transmit, alter or distribute all or any part of the Website without the owner’s prior consent.
d. You will not remove proprietary rights notices contained in the Site, any copyright, trademark.
e. You will not take any actions to interfere with or disrupt the Services, the Site, its servers or networks connected to the Services or the Website, including, without limitation, means of overloading or “crashing” the Site, circumventing security or user authentication measures or attempting to exceed the given authorization parameters and access granted to you under these Terms and Conditions.
f. You will not post, email, or transmit by any form of material containing software, viruses, or any computer code or program files intended to destroy, limit or interrupt the functionality of any computer hardware or software communication tools.
g. You will not forge headers or operate identifiers to disguise the source of information published on the Service.
h. You will not “mirror” or “frame” any part of the Service or the Site without InternationalLoveMatch’s prior written consent. The use of meta-tags or code or other devices containing any reference to InternationalLoveMatch or the Service or the Site to direct any person to any other website for any purpose is forbidden.
i. You will not decompile or disassemble any portion of the Service or the Website or any software used to modify, adapt, sublicense, translate, sell, reverse engineer, decipher the Service, or lead others to do so.
j. You will not post pornographic materials or items of a pornographic nature.
8. CUSTOMER SERVICE
When communicating with our customer representatives, you agree to not be abusive, obscene, profane, offensive, sexist, threatening, harassing, racially offensive, or otherwise misbehave. Suppose we feel that your behavior towards any of our customer care representatives or other employees is at any time threatening or abusive. In that case, we reserve the right to immediately terminate the services and not be entitled to any refund of advance payment.
9. MODIFICATIONS TO SERVICE
InternationalLoveMatch reserves the right to at any time modify, discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that InternationalLoveMatch shall not be liable to you or to any third party for shall not be liable if any such upgrade, modification, suspension, or removal prevents you from accessing the Website or associated information, functionalities, or services.
10. BLOCKING OF IP ADDRESSES
To protect the integrity and cohesion of the Service, InternationalLoveMatch reserves the right at its sole discretion to block Members from specific IP addresses from accessing the Website.
11. COPYRIGHT POLICY
You may not use, download, upload, copy, print, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, post, transmit, rent, lease, modify, loan, sell, distribute, or create derivative works based (whether in whole or in part) on, the Site or any information from this Site, in whole or in part, without the express prior written authorization of the owner of such proprietary rights. Without limiting the preceding, if you believe that your work has been copied and posted on the Service constitutes a copyright infringement, immediately communicate to our Support Team with the sustaining information: an electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest; a description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed; a description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on the Website; your address, telephone number, and email address; a written statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; a statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner’s behalf. The Company will terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.
12. MEMBER DISPUTES
You are solely responsible for any activities that occur under your account and ensuring that you exit or log off from your account at the end of each session of use InternationalLoveMatch.You are also solely responsible for your interactions with other Members. InternationalLoveMatch reserves the right but has no obligation to monitor disputes between you and other Members.
13. PRIVACY AND COMMUNICATIONS
The use of the Site and/or the Service is also administered by our Privacy Policy. When becoming a Member, you consent to receive email messages from InternationalLoveMatch. These emails may be relationship communications relating to the Service or transactional, such as administrative notices and service announcements or changes, or containing commercial offers, promotions, special offers from us. 14. DISCLAIMERS
a. InternationalLoveMatch is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate Content posted on the Website or connected to the Service, whether caused by users of the Website, Members, or any equipment or programming associated with or utilized by the Service. InternationalLoveMatch is not responsible for the conduct, whether online or offline, of any user of the Website or Member of the Service. InternationalLoveMatch assumes no responsibility for any errors, omissions, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, the user or Member communications. The accuracy, integrity, completeness, or quality of any information, outputs, or Content available from or through the Site; instead, responsibility for verification resides with the user of the input, work, or Content. InternationalLoveMatch is not responsible for any obstacles or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, online computer systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of email or players on account of technical problems or Internet malfunction or at any Website or combination thereon, including injury or damage to the users and/or Members or to any one’s computer related to or resulting from participating or materials downloading in connection with the Web and/or in connection with the Service. Under no circumstances will InternationalLoveMatch or any of its affiliates, distribution partners, advertisers, or promoters, be responsible for any loss or damage, including your personal injury or death, resulting from anyone’s use of the Website or the Service, Content posted on the Site or transmitted to Members, or any interactions between users of the Site, whether online or offline. The Site and the Service are provided “AS-IS,” and InternationalLoveMatch expressly disclaims any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. InternationalLoveMatch cannot guarantee and does not promise any specific results from the use of the Site or Services.
b. In addition to the preceding paragraph and other provisions of this Agreement, any advice that may be posted on the Site is for personal use, informational, and entertainment purposes only and not intended to replace or substitute any professional, financial, medical, legal, or other advice. InternationalLoveMatch does not portraits or warrant and expressly disclaim any. All liability concerning, treatment, action by, or effects on any person following the information offered or provided within or through the Site. Suppose you have specific concerns, or a situation arises in which you require professional, legal, or medical advice. In that case, you should consult with an appropriately trained and qualified specialist.

The Service or third parties may provide links to other worldwide Web sites or resources controlled or offered by third parties. Because InternationalLoveMatch does not author, edit, or monitor the Content, links, or services provided by third parties, you acknowledge and agree that InternationalLoveMatch is not responsible for the availability of such external sites or resources and does not endorse or is responsible or liable for any Content, advertising, products or other materials on or available from such sites or resources. 16. LIMITATION ON LIABILITY
Wi exception to jurisdictions where such provisions are restricted, in no situation, will InternationalLoveMatch be liable to you or any third person for any consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages of any nature whatever (whether direct or indirect), including also lost profits resulting from the provision of the Services or your reliance upon the information and suggestions provided hereunder, even if InternationalLoveMatch has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, InternationalLoveMatch liability to you for any cause whatsoever, and regardless of the Form of the action, will at all times be limited to the amount paid, if any, by you to InternationalLoveMatch for the Service.

17. INDEMNITY BY YOU
You agree to indemnify and hold InternationalLoveMatch, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, and other partners and employees harmless from and against all liabilities, any loss of any kind, claim, or demand, including attorney’s fees and other expenses, that arise directly or indirectly out of or from:
- Your violation of the Terms.
- Your use of the Site.
- Your violation of the rights of any third party.
The Company reserves the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you. In this event, you will fully cooperate with the Company in connection in addition to that.
18. NO THIRD-PARTY BENEFICIARIES
The parties agree that there are no third-party beneficiaries to this Agreement. No third party can claim any rights under or bring suit to enforce the terms of this Agreement.
19. RESPONSIBILITY OF PARTIES
For non-performance or improper performance of the terms of this Agreement, the Parties shall be liable following Ukrainian law. According to international law, illegal use of textual and various types of graphical and multimedia elements from the Site is prosecuted under applicable law. All disputes originated from the non-performance or improper performance of obligations under this Agreement will resolve through negotiations. In the case of not reaching a consensus during the talks, disputes will be resolved exclusively according to the policies and rules of Ukrainian law. Neither of the parties shall be entitled to attorney fees. Any and all arbitration must be held in Kharkiv, Ukraine.
20. OTHER AND AMENDMENTS
The Agreement contains the entire Agreement between you and InternationalLoveMatch regarding the use of the Site and the Services. Suppose any provision of the Agreement is adhered to invalid. In that case, the remainder of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect. This Agreement is subjected to change by InternationalLoveMatch at any given time. Suppose you are a non-subscribing Member at the time of any change. In that case, the revised Terms will be effective upon posting on the InternationalLoveMatch Site. The use of the Service after such posting will constitute acceptance by you of the revised Agreement.
